Девтерагонист — фактически, Ки-Бо, но это становится ясным только в последней главе, а до этого роль девтерагониста выглядит более подходящей для Кайто или Кокити. А внутри мира Ки-Бо является протагонистом, ведь именно его глазами зрители наблюдают Убийственную игру... Кто сказал « Ральф »? Держаться за руки — Каэде берёт за руки Сюити в первой главе. Ей богу, Селестия! И игроки уже спорят, кого эта солнечная мулатка-шоколадка отправит на тот свет, причём в списке уже есть Тенко, из-за конфликта мировоззрений и видов на Химико. Кодака сделал троллфейс и с первого же третьеактового убийства отправил художницу к глубоко почитаемому Атуа, а третьеактовым убийцей, в пику традициям, стал парень. Золотые глаза — у Корэкиё, а в сочетании с маской и в вечной тени козырька его кепи действительно могут напугать. Зло грызёт реквизит — Ома специально исполняет это троп, чтобы быть убедительнее и казаться более зловещим.
Когда Корка прижимают к стенке, этот образчик сдержанного аристократизма тоже срывается, да так, что срыв Селестии из первой части покажется детской истерикой. Да и Цумуги на последнем классном суде не отстаёт. Злой двойник — Корэкиё в сравнении с Токо Фукавой из первой части. Оба обладают раздвоением личности, оба являются серийными убийцами и убивают только людей противоположного пола. Вот только Фукава становится одной из выживших героинь первой Убийственной игры, в то время как Корэкиё с подачи разрабов является чуть ли не самым ненавидимым персонажем из-за своей максимально злодейской личности. Золотые волосы, золотое сердце — Каэде Акамацу. Изнасилование — это весело — сцены из отеля Кумасутра имеют неканоничный, романтический и комический характер. Не говорите Химико, что она фокусница, а не волшебница, и что владеет она не магией, а фокусами. Не провоцируйте круциатус расстрайвайте бедную девочку. Если вы не любите насекомых, ни в коем случае не говорите об этом Гонте! Начали появляться арты и фотожабы по мотивам. Мемоделы заверяли, что Кокичи Ома — куда более подходящий лидер РФ. Позже Кокичи стали использовать и в мемах, где героем был сам Путин. Также люди стали использовать Кокичи и подставлять к нему Символику РФ. Позже этот тренд подхватили и другие персонажи Данганронпы. Так, например, появился Нагито 2024, где персонаж Нагито Комаэда стал президентом Украины. Персонаж Монокума стал президентом мира и президентом США. Хаджиме 2025, где главный герой Danganronpa 2 Хаджиме Хината становится президентом Беларуси.
Весь этот арсенал вы будете получать по ходу сюжета и, что удивительно, вы будете пользоваться им всем. В игре практически нет моментов, когда вы пользуетесь только стандартным вооружением.
Местный дизайн подталкивает вас использовать все доступные на тот момент пули. Особенно на загадках. Загадки в данной игре представляют из себя комнаты-паззлы, где вам нужно уничтожить всех меха-Монокум каким-то определённым способом. Это может быть и стандартный «боулинг», и ДТП с участием управляемых машин, и использование шоковых пуль в комнате, залитой водой. Кстати, насчёт меха-Монокум. Они тоже различаются и их видов достаточно много. Обычные Монокумы, гренадёры, камикадзе, запевала, шарообразный, берсеркер, ужасный и бронированный. Все эти твари, хоть и имеют одну общую черту дизайна, на деле доставляют море проблем бедной Комару. Они режут, подрывают, давят, окружают, забрызгивают бедную девушку с завидной регулярностью, стоит и подойти поближе.
Актуальной тактикой будет отстреливать всех издалека и, крайне необходимо, в их слабую точку, а именно красный глаз и не считайте это за спойлер, но эту очевидную вещь говорит сама игра в самом начале. Также, есть и улучшения в виде книжек умений. По аналогии с оригинальными играми, вы можете поставить хоть все, но, скорее всего, у вас будет недостаточно очков. Умения улучшают как Комаро, так и… интонация Василия Гальперова второго персонажа. В игре также есть боссы, да. Однако, как по мне, они-то и проседают. В том плане, что сложности с ними практически нет. Как только вы узнаёте его слабое место, вы просто методично повторяете одно и тоже действие. Разнообразия добавляет разве что финальный босс, но он на то и финальный, чтобы предоставить больше челленджа, чем обычные.
Думаю, вы уже поняли паттерн, всего по одному взгляду на скриншот. Как бы это не звучало парадоксально, но игра верна духу серии, хоть и за некоторыми исключениями. И самое главное — все атрибуты серии на месте, хоть игра и переехала в полное 3D. Ну и не могу не отметить такую забавную вещь — чем ближе вы к финалу, чем больше Комару превращается из просто запуганной девочки в таки себе бойца. Просто сравните, как она двигается в начале истории и уже под конец. Конечно, довольно дешёвый трюк, но отмечу, что такое редко в играх встречаю, поэтому меня это удивило. В плане канона, игра делает несколько вещей: -показывает нам масштаб трагедии из первой части. И взрослых, которые готовы поубивать всех этих маленьких чертей до единого. Конечно, понять их можно, но не до такой же степени.
Эту же мысль понимают под конец Комару и… Токо Фукава, которая выжила после событий первой части и по уши втюрилась в Бьякуа Тогами, про которого строчит далеко не детские фанфики, захлёбывается слюной от одной мысли любви с ним. Кстати, её альтер-эго «Джек Потрошитель» и есть второй играбельный персонаж, из-за которого игра превращается в вполне себе такой слешер. Даже спец-приёмы завезли. Порой фантазии Токи смотрятся странно. Однако, использование «Джека Потрошителя» тратит батареи для шокера, поэтому пользоваться постоянно им нельзя. Но всё это компенсируется тем, что можно уничтожить даже сильных врагов за несколько секунд. А теперь о сюжете более подробно. Первая же сцена с ним достаточно круто обставлена и прям истощает весь тот пафос героя, который он демонстрировал и в DR1, и в DR2. Впрочем, вся эта идея со спасением обернулась смертью всего отряда, беспорядками в городе, а также тем, что Бьякуа попал в плен к местным главным злодеям -детишкам «Воинам Надежды».
Несмотря на название, «надежды» от них можно не ждать. Поэтому придётся укокошить их всех самолично, чем мы и займёмся на протяжении 6 глав. Но Комару не одна.

Fan Disservice : We see him shirtless in the closing argument for chapter 5. Right before he gets crushed under a hydraulic press into an unrecognizable splatter. Fatal Flaw : Hubris, in parallel to Kaede.
Despite working to end the Killing Game, Kokichi trusts no one with the truth of his actions until his impending death. This ensures that his goal required he use his life, as his last decision was between surviving by sacrificing others with no way to put his plan to work or sacrificing himself for the sake of his plan. His path could have only led him to the hydraulic press. This results in Gonta forcing Kokichi to stay behind at the Insect Meet and Greet to truly learn to love bugs. Faux Affably Evil : An initially invoked trope on his part. However, this is likely subverted , since he is actually against the killing game and is trying to trick the others into thinking otherwise, likely because he suspects the Mastermind is among them. The hydraulic press eventually crushes Kokichi, the only other male character smaller than him besides Ryoma who was already dead who also co-operated with Kaito to create an unsolvable murder mystery.
During the third Trial, Kokichi lies about murdering Angie to act as bait for the real killer, hoping they would push for his execution and out themselves as the true blackened. He even lampshades this trope in Chapter Four by stating that he is the least well-liked student. Then again, Kaito is already pretty weakened by his disease at that point, so it may just be a case of Worf Had the Flu. The Generalissimo : He calls himself a supreme leader and a lot of his official artwork shows him Putting on the Reich. Gone Horribly Right : Kokichi wanted everybody to think he was the Mastermind in Chapter Five and oh boy, does this backfire on him when Maki decides to hunt him down herself. Good All Along : Heavily downplayed. In Chapter 5 he is revealed to be planning to stop the killing game, but his stated reason for that is him hating being controlled by the mastermind.
He is still directly responsible for the deaths of Miu and Gonta, which could have possibly been prevented even with Miu after him. Good Eyes, Evil Eyes : He seems to enjoy invoking this. Usually, he has wide, tareme-ish eyes that make him look adorable and innocent. When wants to be intimidating, his eyes can become tsurime-like , or head straight into Humanoid Abomination territory. A lot of fan art portrays him with Tsurime Eyes , rather than Tareme Eyes , befitting his cunning, manipulative personality. Murdering her through someone else Gonta in return... This is most apparent in Chapter 2, as if he simply told others that he wanted everyone to watch the motive videos so that no one would have a proper motive, he might have changed the outcome of the chapter entirely.
Hypocrite : He endlessly mocks Kaito for letting his emotions cloud his judgement, but he himself is needlessly antagonistic towards Maki, and it comes back to bite him in the ass more than once. Also in Chapter 4, he gets mad at Shuichi for telling a lie to him to expose his own lie, despite the fact that he lies near constantly. I Did What I Had to Do : His rationale for why he chose to have Miu killed instead of neutralizing her non-lethally or talking her out of it and why he got Gonta to do it. He wants to continue his ruse, but his concussion starts getting the better of him and he gives up pretending. Indirect Serial Killer : He becomes one during the killing game, starting in Chapter 2 by telling Ryoma Hoshi which student has his motive video, seeing which becomes the final nail in the coffin that drives Ryoma to commit Suicide by Cop. Then in Chapter 4 he drives Gonta Gokuhara over the Despair Event Horizon using a Flashback Light that shows the outside world being completely dead in order to suggest him to Mercy Kill everyone to save them from this Awful Truth via killing Miu Iruma and winning a class trial, only to betray Gonta during the trial and reveal him as the killer, taking sadistic glee in his grief and subsequent execution. Institutional Apparel : His "uniform" is a straitjacket, or at least intended to resemble one heavily.
Insufferable Genius : He frequently talks down to the other participants because of their inability to think about their situation critically, like he does. Everyone else turns it back on him by calling him out for it. Kokichi is later killed by a machine that only recognizes humans. Despite his "The Reason You Suck" Speech to Kaede for kickstarting the killing game, Kokichi ends up participating in it himself, which also leads to his death. His organisation had a rule against killing, yet he ends up saving Maki, a professional assassin even though that was mostly collateral and a means of getting Kaito to cooperate with him. It Amused Me : His main reason for doing anything, including abusing and harassing his classmates, intentionally prolonging the trials despite knowing the culprit from the start or causing multiple deaths through the course of the story, is his own entertainment.
