Кстати, у нас практически не было смертных случаев. Знаете, с чем связываю это? С хорошей рециркуляцией воздуха.
Мы вмонтировали СВЧ-лампы в систему кондиционирования. Думаю, это сыграло решающую роль. Вот пожалуйста: 100 миллионов рублей. Почему-то думал, больше. Совсем мало. Ни о чем!
Понимаете, у нас ведь выставочный центр, и он генерирует арендную плату. Там работает огромное количество сотрудников, по тысяче человек в каждом гипермаркете… 6 миллиардов рублей Crocus Expo — чистые платежи за аренду. Теперь представьте: вместо этой суммы мы получили ковидный госпиталь на 2700 человек. Плюс места для проживания врачей. Мы гостиницу под это отдали. И так — почти на год.

Но сначала надо сдать объект, а потом уже думать о прибыли. Если в итоге копейка останется — хорошо, ничего не будет сверху — хотя бы лицо сохраним. Сразу минус 5,6 миллиарда.
Но дело даже не в сумме. Вот говорят: мол, Агаларов — король госзаказа. Ему дают… Идите и сделайте! Постройте в тайге аэропорт для всех видов самолетов. Там почти трехметровая глубина промерзания, болотистая местность, отвратительные коммуникации и логистика, нет рабочих должной квалификации... Все будет отправляться отсюда, из Москвы.
Люди должны где-то жить, питаться, получать медицинское обслуживание. Кто станет решать вопросы? Все думают: ага, взял контракт, сейчас передаст субподрядчикам… Но если перепоручить, работа остановится, а отвечать потом придется — Вы с Рогозиным договаривались по космодрому?
