Потому что это разные профессии. Как писатель и журналист. Они имеют общие черты, тем не менее между ними большая разница. Писатель практически ничем не ограничен.
Например, ему доступно любое количество персонажей, локаций, сколько угодно перемещений в них, можно создать любые природные явления и прочее. Писатель не ограничен количеством символов в тексте в целом и в фразе в частности. Например, от сценариста в геймдеве может требоваться написать двадцать фраз примерно с одним и тем же смыслом, в строгих рамках на количество символов, так как это обусловлено интерфейсом. Часто от сценариста требуется понимание кода.

Классическая литература в этом отношении надёжна. Как параллель: для развития слуха часто рекомендуют классическую музыку. Какие три книги повлияли на вас и как? Букварь — тут, я думаю, очевидно. Не могу не спросить, как тогда относитесь к «Властелину колец»? Одна из любимых книг.

В детстве я перечитала все фэнтези, до которых смогли добраться мои длинные ручки: «Хроники Амбера», Терри Пратчетта, всю советскую фантастику — Стругацких и Лема, Патрика Ротфуса.

А еще это непопулярный выбор, но я обожаю Ольгу ГромыкоАвторка популярных в нулевых книг для подростков: «Профессия: ведьма», «Верховная ведьма», «Ведьма-хранительница», «Ведьмины байки», «Белорские хроники». В ее книгах девочка заканчивает магическую академию, становится ведьмой.
