By shoving the lane with her AoE abilities, the Ice Witch can create the space she needs to make a move on top or bottom lane. The long range blink from Glacial Path lets her get the drop on enemies from unexpected angles by jumping terrain or by circumventing typical ward locations. Despite her low base durability, the long range blink on Glacial Path helps Lissandra stay safe by pulling off daring escapes. The area of effect damage on Ice Shard also allows Lissandra to guard turrets even when pressured, or press the lane in an attempt to lure enemy junglers into a counter-gank. When an opponent takes the bait, Lissandra can cast Frozen Tomb on herself, ensuring her own survival as she uses her other abilities to set up kills. The AoE aspect to Ice Shard keeps enemies pinned down through repeated area damage and slow effects while she waits for the opportune moment to unleash her full combo. Once she sees an opening, Lissandra can use Glacial Path to close in and lock down a high-value target with Frozen Tomb.
If the opposing team starts to focus her, Lissandra can instead use Frozen Tomb on herself, juking the initial burst before escaping with Ring of Frost.
She excels in teamfights, setting them up with her Ring of Frost and her Frozen Tomb. Her passive too comes in handy during fights, as the threat of extra damage and slow from the Frozen Thralls will likely deter any risky counterattack. Even if she falls behind, she makes up for it in her CC abilities.
She is always useful in a fight because of those perks. She denies them a chance to snowball because of her CC if they get too close and will then be forced to leave the lane to find kills, they need to get ahead, which gives Lissandra free time to push the lane and get turret gold. However, when placed against her fellow mages is where her weaknesses truly shine their face. Her short range abilities makes it difficult for her to trade among the likes of Orianna, Cassiopeia, Syndra, and other mages.
Also, she is not necessarily made to be a snowball champion. She is built to be a primarily teamfighting mage, setting up not only herself, but her teammates for success. She can get ahead, but she can never be a single carry, as her short-range kit makes it to where she has to be in the front of a fight, where she can be quickly burst down. Best and Worst Matchups Lissandra is at her best when facing off against melee champions.
Assassins in particular, because her kit is made to prevent them from snowballing. They need to get in up close to deal damage with her and her abilities are made to prevent that from happening. She can out poke because they have to be in her close range to farm and therefore, are vulnerable to her short-range abilities most other champions can easily avoid. Furthermore, her ultimate can full on stop all-ins from happening, as they make her invulnerable and unable to target, making life difficult for Talon and Zed players, as they rely heavily on getting ahead early and snowballing in the early to mid game.
She is at her worst against her fellow mages however. When she has to go against poke mages like Lux, Cassiopeia, and Syndra, it can be very difficult for her, since her kit is made to deal with melee champions and short range mages. Because of her short range, it is very difficult for her to trade effectively. The best way to deal with this, is to let the wave push to you and hope that your jungle can help you out, because without some help, laning against long range mages can put you back hard.
Laning Phase and Combos The laning phase for Lissandra is perhaps her weakest point in the game. The best thing to do with her during the laning phase is to play it safe. Let the wave push to you so your jungle can have an avenue to gank and help better trade with your lane opponent, especially if that lane opponent is a mage.

К сожалению дальность автоатаки у нее ниже средней, но это нисколько не мешает вам спокойно добивать миньонов. Периодически вы можете наносить урон вражескому чемпиону используя умения и не затрачивая ману за счет своей пассивки. Если вы быстро убиваете миньонов и прижимаете врага к башне, то позаботьтесь о том, чтобы на подходах к линии стояли варды и на вас не смог неожиданно напасть вражеский лесник. До 4 уровня лучше лишний раз не использовать умения, иначе вы слишком быстро потеряете всю ману и ничего не сможете сделать. После 4 уровня будет очень правильно, если вы обзаведетесь синим бафом и будете активно его использовать, но это случается далеко не всегда, так как скорее всего его заберет ваш лесник. Если вам удалось получить баф или вы купили Chalice of Harmony, то можно активно начинать атаковать врага с помощью умения Ice Shard. Не стоит лишний раз рисковать и использовать умение Glacial Path для того, чтобы быстро приблизиться к врагу. Перезарядка этого умения очень большая и если вы не убиваете противника, то рискуете стать жертвой контр атаки, а убежать уже будет нечем. Как только у вас появится ульт, вы можете попробовать убить противника с использованием всех умений. Делать это нужно крайне осторожно и расчетливо. Если же все начало игры враг активно противостоит всем вашим атакам, то не стоит отчаиваться. Просто начните усиленно фармить миньонов и ждите, когда в вашем арсенале появятся хорошие артефакты. Лиссандра очень полезный командный игрок, но без артефактов она ничего не сможет сделать. Середина игры это наиболее оптимальное время для Лиссандры. К этому моменту как правило уже разрушено несколько первых башен и игроки начинают активно передвигаться по карте. Конечно в арсенале Лиссандры есть умение для побега и для того, чтобы неожиданно нападать из-за укрытия, но это не значит, что вам нужно расхаживать в одиночку по карте. Лиссандра маг и ее легко убьет случайно пробегающих мимо лесник или просто одинокий вражеский чемпион. Основная задача Лиссандры это контроль толпы и вы должны выполнять именно эту роль. Вы можете совершать ганги на другие лини вместе со своими союзниками, подлетать к врагам, замедлять их, приковывать к земле и наконец использовать ульт. Если начало игры вы активно фармили и игра складывалась более менее хорошо, то середину игры лучше потратить для активных передвижений по карте и поиск возможности для убийства целей. Если же дела складываются плохо и по всем направления враг вас активно давит в тыл, то лучше не рисковать и еще больше сосредоточиться на фарме. Без поддержки команды Лиссандра не сможет самостоятельно что либо сделать и уж точно не сможет затащить игру.
Ледяные рабы уменьшают скорость передвижения ближайших врагов, а после задержки взрываются из-за чрезмерного охлаждения, нанося магический урон целям поблизости. Q Ледяной осколок Лиссандра бросает ледяное копье, которое при попадании в противника раскалывается, замедляя его и нанося магический урон.
