В 2017 году он попал под раздачу "имени Ванштейна" - целый батальон голливудских полу-звездулек внезапно вспомнил как "этот противный толстяк, пользуясь своим положением" запускал свои пальцы туда... И это было не пианино. Ни одна из перечисленных, на сколько я знаю, жалоб на Джеймса не подавали... Дальше я эту историю комментировать не стану. Пусть сами разбираются со своим... Мне важно было рассказать о великом фильме из "списка Тарантино". И я это сделал. Насколько хватило сил, времени и умения.

Marian Seldes, a Broadway actress famed for her turns through the works of Samuel Beckett and Edward Albee, died on Monday at her home in Manhattan at the age of 86. Tall and elegant and dark-haired, Seldes was a formidable presence on stage and a drama queen through and through. She made her Broadway debut in 1947 and has been drawing raves ever since.
In 1953 Seldes married the actor Julian Claman, with whom she had one daughter, Katharine, before the couple divorced in 1961. In 1990, she married writer and director Garson Kanin.
The marriage lasted until his death in 1999.
Her superb skill onstage was equaled by her class, generosity and lushly cultivated style. The daughter of a theater critic, she was steeped in drama, with an Edwardian edge, as though she had just stepped out of an Edward Gorey panel. Her voice was a deep, precise, extended sigh; she wore velvets and purples like no one else. She could even pull off a cape and cowl. In her decades on the drama faculty of Juilliard, she helped impart her sensibility to a generation of performers, and she was loved—adored—like few others in the theater community. No one.
